Account branding ensures your logo, photo, and colors appear consistently across loan documents, client portals, and communications. Setting this up early creates a polished, professional impression from your very first client interaction. Most users complete this in under 5 minutes.
Before You Start

Step-by-Step: Configure Your Branding
1. Navigate to Account Branding
Open your account settings
Click the Account Branding tab
2. Upload Your Company Logo
Click Upload Company Logo
Browse to your logo file and select it
⚠️ Important: After uploading, use the blue handles to crop tightly around your logo. Extra whitespace around your logo will make it appear smaller in documents. Drag the handles inward until they frame the logo snugly.
Click Save to confirm your logo
3. Select Your Banner Color
The system uses AI to suggest colors that complement your logo. You'll see several options automatically generated from your logo's color palette.

Choose the color that best matches your brand
Click Save Brand Color
4. Upload Your Headshot
Click the headshot upload area
Select your professional photo
Use the blue handles to adjust framing (zoom in if needed so your face fills the frame)
Click Save
Finishing Up
1. Save All Changes
Click Save Changes to apply your complete branding
Wait for the confirmation that your updates have been saved
2. Verify Your Branding
After saving, your account branding preview will display:
Your company logo
Your selected banner color
Your professional headshot
