This SOP outlines the steps required to complete the account setup process in Deal Details, ensuring all necessary information is accurately entered and saved.
Key Steps
1. Access Account Settings 0:13
After completing the account creation and subscription process, click on 'Proceed to Account Settings' to begin.
2. Complete Personal Information 0:28
Fill in all required fields marked in red:
Enter your title and any designations.
Input the direct link to your loan application.
Provide your branch address.
Click 'Save Changes' once all fields are completed.
3. Complete Company Information 1:13
Navigate to the company information screen and fill in all red fields:
Enter your state license information (this is crucial for accessing templates).
Select your licensed state and input your company and personal state license numbers.
Click 'Save Changes'.
4. Upload Company Branding 1:57
Go to the account branding section:
Upload your company logo (resize if necessary).
Click 'Save' to analyze the logo and set brand colors.
Enter the hex code for your brand colors or select a color and click 'Save Brand Color'.
5. Upload Headshot 2:50
Upload your headshot and crop as desired.
Click 'Save' to finalize.
6. Set Mobile Logo 3:06
Choose the same corporate logo for the mobile responsive site.
Adjust the square logo to the desired section and click 'Save Changes'.
7. Review and Confirm Settings 3:28
Ensure all settings are updated:
Check the color scheme, logo, name, email address, and photo.
