Overview
Most clients will interact with your quotes on mobile devices. A standard wide logo shrinks down and becomes difficult to read on smaller screens. By uploading a square version of your logo, you ensure your brand stays recognizable and professional across all devices.
Before You Start
Requirement | Details |
Logo file | PNG or JPG format recommended |
Square format preferred | If you don't have one, you can crop your existing logo during upload |
Existing brand assets | Check if your company already uses a square logo on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn) |
Step-by-Step: Upload Your Mobile Logo
1. Navigate to the Square Logo Setting
Locate the Square Logo upload area in your branding settings
This field is optional but highly recommended for mobile optimization
2. Choose Your Logo Source
Option | When to Use |
Existing square logo | Your company already has an alternate logo used on social media profiles |
Crop from full logo | You only have a wide/rectangular logo available |
3. Upload and Position Your Logo
If using an existing square logo:
Click the upload area and select your file
The logo will automatically fit the square format
If cropping from your full logo:
Upload your standard (wide) logo
A square crop box will appear over your image
Drag the crop box to center it over the main logo element (icon or lettermark)
Position the square so it captures the most recognizable part of your brand
⚠️ Important: When cropping, focus on the logo icon or a compact version of your branding. Including your full company name in a square crop often makes text too small to read on mobile.
4. Save Your Changes
Click Save to confirm your cropped selection
Click Save Changes to apply the mobile logo to your account
Quick Reference
Access branding settings → Upload logo (or crop existing) → Position square crop → Save → Save Changes
Tips for Success
Check your social profiles first—many companies already have a square logo variation for Facebook or LinkedIn that works perfectly here
Prioritize the icon—if your logo has both an icon and text, crop to show just the icon for best mobile readability
Preview on your phone—after saving, open a quote on your mobile device to verify the logo displays clearly
