Overview

The Personal Information page stores your essential profile data—your title, online application link, and branch address. Completing this section ensures your information appears accurately on loan documents, marketing materials, and any client-facing communications. This is typically one of the first steps when onboarding to the system.

Quick Reference

Account Settings → Personal Information → Enter Title → Paste Online App URL → Add Branch Address → Save Changes

Tips for Success

  • Clear all red indicators—red markers signal incomplete required fields; your profile isn't fully set up until they're gone

  • Double-check your application URL—test the link in a new browser tab to confirm it works before saving

  • Use your official branch address—this may appear on compliance documents, so accuracy matters

  • Update when you move branches—remember to return here if your branch location changes
