Overview
Deal Details includes bulk action tools throughout the software to help you work faster. Instead of deleting or adding items individually (delete, go back, delete, go back), you can select multiple items and complete the action in a single step. This is especially useful when cleaning up accumulated content like videos, deals, or other library items.
Before You Start
Requirement | Details |
Access level | Standard user account with edit permissions |
Content to manage | Items in your library, deals, or other sections that support bulk actions |
Step-by-Step: Performing Bulk Actions
1. Locate the Bulk Action Button
Navigate to the section containing the items you want to manage (Videos, Deals, etc.)
Look for a button labeled Bulk Delete, Bulk Add, or similar
2. Activate Bulk Selection Mode
Click the bulk action button
Selection checkboxes will appear next to each item
3. Select Your Items
Selection Method | How It Works |
Individual items | Click the checkbox next to each item you want to include |
Multiple items | Continue clicking checkboxes until all desired items are selected |
4. Execute the Action
Once you've made your selections, click the action button (Delete, Add, etc.)
Confirm if prompted
⚠️ Important: Bulk delete actions may be permanent. Double-check your selections before confirming, especially when removing content from your library.
