Objective

This SOP outlines the steps for managing and utilizing the video library effectively, including creating, editing, and organizing videos for client deals.

Key Steps

1. Accessing the Video Library 0:00

  • Click on the video library to view its content.

  • You will see three categories: deal videos, informational videos, and instructional videos.

2. Understanding Deal Videos 0:16

  • Deal videos are specific to recorded deals.

  • Preview the video by clicking on it.

3. Managing Deal Videos 0:44

  • Access the deal home for the specific deal if needed.

  • Copy the video URL to share via email with clients or others.

    • Edit the video title.

    • Change the video type (e.g., from deal video to informational video).
