Key Steps
Access the Properties Tab
Navigate to the properties tab in the system to view existing property cards.
Understand Property Types
Familiarize yourself with the three types of property cards:
Existing Locations: For resale homes and current addresses.
Specific Areas: For regions where you frequently conduct business, such as neighborhoods or counties.
New Construction: For properties that are new construction, requiring manual card creation.
Creating a New Property Card
For existing locations:
Click on the "Add Property" button.
Input the necessary details (address, price, etc.).
For specific areas:
Select "Add Specific Area" and fill in the relevant information, including any unique characteristics (e.g., association fees).
For new construction:
Choose "Add New Construction" and manually enter the details for the subdivision or builder.
Utilize Sorting and Searching Features
Use the sort feature to organize property cards by:
Most recent
Oldest
Estimated value (highest or lowest)
Use the search feature to quickly find a property by typing in keywords.
View Properties
Switch between list view and card view to see properties in your preferred format.
In list view, check details such as nicknames, addresses, counties, and prices.
Professional Presentation
When presenting to clients, ensure to include estimates and specific details relevant to the area to enhance professionalism.

Double-check all entered information for accuracy before saving property cards to avoid misrepresentation.
