Overview
As you work with more clients, your properties, deals, and scenarios will accumulate over time. While the system automatically surfaces your most recent work at the top of each list, the search filter lets you jump directly to any record in seconds. This saves time when you need to pull up older properties or reference past scenarios during client conversations.

Tips for Success
Search by street number for fastest results — typing just the house number often narrows your list to one or two options
Most recent items stay at top — if you just worked on something, check the top of the list before searching
Partial matches work everywhere — you don't need to type the full address; "TWEL" finds "12 Oaks" just as effectively
Search fields appear automatically — no need to click a search icon first; just start typing
