Loan Comparison Table Update
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to utilize the updated loan comparison table feature, enabling users to effectively compare loan scenarios and present information to clients.
Key Steps
1. Accessing the Loan Comparison Table 0:00
Log in to the DealDetails platform.
Navigate to the loan comparison table feature.
2. Creating a Comparison 0:14
Select the option to create a new comparison.
You will now see four columns available for comparison instead of three.
3. Inputting Sales Price Options 0:30
Enter four different sales price options for the client.
Ensure the range is appropriate (e.g., a $150,000 difference).
4. Saving the Comparison 0:41
Click on 'Confirm and Save' to store the comparison.
5. Understanding the Header Changes 0:50
Note that the loan type data is now displayed as a header at the top of the table.
Your nickname remains visible for identification.
6. Viewing Full Scenarios 1:00
Use the 'View Full Scenario' button to access detailed information about each scenario.
7. Utilizing Fixed Headers 1:13
Scroll down to see that the headers remain fixed at the top for easy reference.
8. Analyzing Summary Scenarios 1:26
Click 'Show Summary' to view a concise overview of the monthly payment, payment differences, points charged, and estimated cash to close.
9. Expanding Details 1:47
Use the 'Show Expanded' option to view full details of the selected scenario.
10. Generating PDFs 1:59
Access the loan comparison package PDF, which now features a cleaner design.
Ensure the full scenarios are included in the PDF.
11. Using Landscape Format 2:15
Utilize the loan comparison summary in landscape format for a quick and easy presentation to clients.
12. Comparing with Existing Scenarios 3:02
If comparing against an existing scenario, ensure to check the amortization gain/loss, total monthly benefit, and breakeven points.

After using the updated features, provide feedback on your experience.
