Overview

The Support Hub is your always-available help resource built directly into Deal Details. Instead of hunting for external help pages or waiting on hold, you can search the knowledge base, ask questions in plain English, and submit tickets all from a floating bubble in the corner of your screen. It's designed to get you unstuck fast so you can keep moving through your workflow.


Before You Start

Step-by-Step: Using the Support Hub

1. Open the Support Hub

  • Locate the floating bubble icon in the lower corner of any Deal Details screen

  • Hover over the bubble and click to open the support popup

3. Ask a Question (Recommended First Step)

  • Click on the question option

  • Type your question using natural, conversational language

  • Example: "How do I do a 3-2-1 buydown?"

💡 Tip: Phrase your question the way you'd ask a coworker. The system understands plain English, so skip the keyword-only searches.

4. Review Your Answer

  • The system returns step-by-step instructions tailored to your question

  • Answers include guidance on where to navigate within the software

  • If the answer resolves your issue, you're all set

If the instant answer doesn't solve your problem, you can escalate:

Finishing Up

1. Close the Support Hub

  • Click the close button on the popup window

  • The bubble minimizes and tucks itself away

2. Access Again Anytime

  • The Support Hub bubble remains available on every Deal Details screen

  • Click it whenever you need help
